URGENT - Your help is required for Government consultation on vaccine passports, deadline 3rd May


You may not know this but there is right now a second call for evidence from the public by the government: the first one attracted 50,000 replies, which took them aback, apparently, so they have cancelled that and sneakily brought in another with an even tighter schedule. All submissions must be made by Monday 3rd May.

The evidence document is in Word format as the Government has purposely restricted document types to make it more difficult for people to attach PDF documents.

Steps

  1. Open: https://committees.parliament.uk/call-for-evidence/438/covid-19-vaccine-certification/

  2. In the new tab, scroll down and click the blue button labelled ‘Start’. You will be directed to another page.

  3. On the new page, scroll down and then select ‘Continue’. 

  4. You should see a page entitled, ‘Who Are You Submitting Evidence For?’ Select ‘individual’ and then ‘continue’.

  5. Now, fill out your personal information as required. 

  6. On the next page, select ‘Attach A File From This Computer’. This should open your computer’s file explorer function.

  7. Locate the Word file you downloaded. Select it by clicking once and then click ‘open’.

  8. You should now see the words ‘Your File Is Attached’

  9. Finally, check the box in the section ‘Guidance On Written Submissions’ and then click ‘Confirm and submit evidence’.
